The Federal Ethics Committee with its Report: "Research on Primates – an ethical Evaluation" (2006) has put Switzerland into a world leading position when it comes to state-of-the-art ethical evaluations of experiments with our closest relatives. But hey, trading competitive advantages for humanity and compassion isn't the vogue anymore, right ?
