Anyone working at an institute of higher learning knows that plagiarism is wrong, without being told. We do not need a form for that. Those who do it anyway should not be given a second chance. If, as suggested in the Tages Anzeiger, this case diminishes the reputation of the ETH, it is because of giving such people this chance.
