This is so fascinating! We were wondering if you might ever extend your studies to an area like ours in South Africa, Creation is between two mountain ranges close to the Atlantic Ocean, in the Hemel-en-Aarde near the town of Hermanus our soil type is mainly clay loam and decomposed Bokkeveld Shale.

Three of Creation's co-owners are Swiss: Jean-Claude Martin, Heidi and Christoph Kellerhals Kaser. I am South African and come from a large family of South African wine producers and have two Geologists in the family. This is fascinating and defintely something to persue if there is a way for you to guide us please let me know.
